Terms of Use

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Account creation is open; available features and usage limits depend on your plan.

Your content

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in the content you add to JourneyMaker. We do not claim ownership of that content. You give us the limited license needed to store it, process it through the AI services that power the product, display it back to you, and share it with others as you direct. Only add content you have the right to use, including permission to process confidential client material or personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how content is handled and the current sharing controls.

Generated output

You may use generated journeys, storyboards, images, and playtest results, including commercially, subject to these terms and applicable law. AI output can be wrong, and similar prompts can produce similar output for other customers. We do not guarantee that output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party rights. Nothing here grants you exclusivity over a style or concept. Review generated material before publishing or relying on it.

Synthetic playtest personas are simulations: useful for exploration and hypothesis generation, not a replacement for evidence from real people.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or use, and no infringing other people’s rights.
• No attempting to break, overload, or test the service’s security without our express authorization.
• No reselling the service or programmatic bulk generation beyond normal product use.
• No generating content that impersonates real people or organizations to deceive.

To report a suspected security issue or request permission to conduct security testing, email support@gamethinking.io. Contacting us does not itself authorize testing.

Plans and billing

Free accounts have usage limits. Paid plans are billed through ThriveCart under the terms shown at purchase. We may change pricing or limits with notice.

Publishing and sharing

If you publish a journey to a share link, signed-in users with the link can view that snapshot until you unpublish it. Links can be forwarded. Individual file links have separate access behavior, described in our Privacy Policy. Only share content you have permission to share.

The service

JourneyMaker is provided “as is.” We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don’t promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using JourneyMaker and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

We’ll update the date below when these terms change and flag significant changes in the product.
